M:onitor + Angst Sessions + Ulvtharm

Ulvtharm (Jouni Ollila) composer, producer, and sound designer with over three decades in industrial and electronic music. Best known as co-founder of MZ.412, pioneers of the “Black Industrial” genre.
Ulvtharm emerged from unused sessions for MZ.412’s Svartmyrkr (Cold Spring, 2019), evolving into the debut album Wrēkō (Cyclic Law, 2022), a ritualistic fusion of dark ambient, modular synthesis, field recordings, and haunting sound design. Its successor, 7 Uthras (Cyclic Law, 2024), pushed further into abrasive drones, machine-driven rhythms, and spectral vocals, delivering a raw, visceral, post-apocalyptic sound.
Across his work, Ulvtharm bridges abyssal ritual dark ambience and industrial rhythms, continually reshaping the boundaries of dark electronic music with an uncompromising vision.”

M:onitor
m:onitor is an electro-industrial trio from Malmö, Sweden, formed in 2024 by members of Cat Rapes Dog, Machinista, Independent State, Amusi, Basswood Dollies and several other acts. United by a shared admiration for Skinny Puppy, John, Khyber and Joel initially came together for a one-off improvised performance of bass, vocals and electronics. Following a well-received live debut at Rundgång in Malmö, the project quickly evolved beyond its original scope. Since then, m:onitor has released two albums and continues to explore the darker edges of industrial and electronic music.
