Ags Connolly is a traditional country artist from England, widely considered to be one of the best singer-songwriters in the genre ever to emerge from the UK. He has released five highly acclaimed studio albums which have led Country Music People magazine to label him ”an English Willie Nelson” and ”a national treasure”. His album ’Wrong Again’ was named Album Of The Year at the 2020 UK Country Music Awards, while ’Your Pal Slim: Songs of James Hand’ was considered in the Best Traditional Country Album category at the 2026 Grammy Awards. Ags has been a touring artist for over a decade, including playing major festivals and two US tours, and now performs regularly in the UK and across Europe. In 2023 he opened every date of a major European tour for Charley Crockett.
